HADA Travel Agency is a travel agency based at 19 Andrew Street, Freetown, Sierra Leone. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we use it.

• Contact details — your name, phone number, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Trip details — departure city, destination, travel dates, number of travellers, cabin class, preferred airline and any requirements you tell us about.
• Document information — where you ask for visa assistance, you may share passport details or supporting documents with us. We only ask for what the relevant embassy or authority requires.
• Payment records — the method, amount and reference of payments you make to us, kept for bookkeeping.

We use your information to respond to your flight requests and enquiries, provide travel and visa assistance, issue tickets, and communicate with you about your booking. We do not use it for anything else without telling you first.

Your information is stored securely in our booking system. Access is limited to authorised HADA staff who need it to handle your request. Our staff accounts are individually controlled and access is removed when someone leaves the team.

We share your details with airlines, hotels, tour suppliers, visa processing services and embassies or authorities only where this is necessary to fulfil the request you have made. We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

We keep request and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete records we are not required to keep.

This website uses only the storage needed to keep the site working, such as remembering a signed-in staff session. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy to say what is measured.
